Return/ Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Items can only be returned or exchanged before 2 calendar days. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, not expired, and free of damage by the customer and must be in the original packaging condition that you received it. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the item and notify you if a refund is approved, once it is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card and you will receive a credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
