Wellman is a multivitamin and dietary supplement containing vitamins and minerals designed to maintain general health and wellbeing of men of all ages. It also provides additional benefits of omega 3, 6 and 9 which are essential fatty acids needed in the body.

Directions for use
Take one tablet (blue blister) daily along with one tablet (red blister) daily, preferably with a main meal.
