Pregnacare PLUS OMEGA 3 contains the recommended daily dose of folic acid for pregnant women. In addition to playing a role in the process of cell division, folic acid also contributes to maternal tissue development throughout pregnancy. In addition it contains Omega-3 capsule which contributes to normal brain and eye development of the foetus.

Omega-3 fish oil, Folic acid, vitamins D, E C, K, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12; magnesium, biotin, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, iodine, chromium
Direction for use
Take one tablet (Green blister) daily plus one capsule (pink blister) daily, preferably with a meal.
Side effects/Interactions/Allergies
Contains ingredients obtained from soya. If allergic to soya, do not take.
Warnings
As Pregnacare contains vitamin K, if you are taking anticoagulants (blood thinning medication) do not take Pregnacare except on the advice of a doctor.
