MAYSEDYL herbal preparation comprises of the combination of medicines having expectorant and mucolytic action, thus relieving cough. Adhatoda vasica in the formulation acts as an expectorant to loosen phlegm in respiratory passage.
Ocimum sanctum shows anti-bacterial activity and provides relief in cough, cold and other respiratory disorders including chronic and acute bronchitis. Curcuma longa is used in acute bronchitis and common cold. Glycyrrhiza glabra has a soothing and healing action, reducing irritation and inflammation and has an expectorant effect, useful in irritating coughs, asthma and chest infections.
